
CABIN CREW TRAINING
Aim of the Course
The main objective of the initial training program is to equip each trainee with the necessary competencies, knowledge, and skills to carry out their duties and responsibilities related to passenger safety and flight operations. The training covers normal, abnormal, and emergency situations to ensure that trainees are well-prepared to any scenario that may arise.
Pre-Entry Requirements
An applicant for cabin crew attestation shall comply with the following requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age.

Medical physically fit to be able to fulfil the requirements of Annex IV (Part-MED) Subpart C.

Demonstrate an ability to speak English (understand, speak, read, write) to ensure appropriate communication with crew and passengers.

Demonstrate an ability to operate emergency equipment and systems relevant to the duties of a cabin crew member.

Be able to swim without flotation devices.

In addition it is recommended to consider the requirements of a background check by the future employer.
Training Syllabi
The training syllabi shall consist of the following parts.

Part 1: Ground training: theoretical.

Part 2: Ground training: practical.

Timeline
The theoretical knowledge instruction is planned with a sum duration of 83 hours.
Practical exercises, including the pre- and post-exercise briefings, is planned with a sum duration of 12 hours.
The final exam is planned to take 4 hours.
During the training duty and rest period limitations are followed as per applicable requirements.
